While we endeavour to make your experience with the Training Academy pleasurable and rewarding, if you feel you have been unfairly treated, or improperly assessed for the competency which you have studied.
Firstly, please speak to the presenter. If you are required to be reassessed, that can be arranged at no additional expense to you, the client. Further, if you are still deemed not yet competent, we can arrange for you to attend a second public training course, also at no additional cost.
If this is not suitable or for non-training related concerns, please contact in writing Tom Barham, Director of Training, at email@example.com. We will formalise the concern and respond to you in writing. If at any time, you feel this is not appropriate or you are unhappy with the way we have dealt with your concern, you may contact Exemplar Global, who will assist in the resolution, and in which we will cooperate fully in the process.
